Industrial Cleaner Range

We have a long history of supporting customers with industrial cleaning requirements. Within our industrial cleaner range are:

  • Crate washing products specifically formulated in conjunction with the CSIRO for the food logistics industry, that contain no phosphates or palm oil and are effective in cold water
  • Vehicle and machinery cleaners and degreasers
  • Solvent-based cleaners, including low-odour solvent cleaners
  • Specialised products for graffiti removal from brickwork, metal, wood, glass or concrete
  • Hand cleaners specifically formulated to be tough on grease and dirt, but to avoid adverse skin reactions through the use of innovative ingredients such as lanolin

Associated Services

Car & Truck Cleaning

  • Concentrated Solvent Degreaser
    Low odour solvent based engine degreaser. Use neat or dilute with up to 6 parts kerosene for greater economy. Forms milky emulsion when hosed off with water. Also suitable for use in recirculating solvent parts washers.
  • Glaze Sheen
    Non streaking window cleaner for interior and exterior glass on cars and trucks.
  • Shor Kleen
    Multipurpose cleaner containing solvents for cleaning soiled surfaces inside cars and trucks such as dashboards, rubber floormats, consoles etc.
  • Truk Wash
    Heavy duty concentrated vehicle washing detergent with high levels of water softeners to boost performance, and non ionic detergents for oily soil removal. Neutral pH protects paintwork and signwriting on trucks. Use manually or via pressure sprays.
  • Tyre Slick
    Quick, easy to use tyre dressing to enhance the appearance of tyres. Clear colourless formulation is brushed or wiped onto tyres and doesn’t affect wheels or surrounding paintwork.

Floor & Equipment Cleaning

  • HD Scrubber
    Low foaming heavy duty cleaner for floors and equipment. Use in scrubbing machines to clean workshop floors without foam problems in the pick up tank. Contains a low level of caustic plus alkaline builders and detergents to cut through heavy soils.
  • PX22
    Heavy duty alkaline powdered cleaner. Use in mop and bucket for cleaning soiled floors, or in a tank as a soak cleaner for soiled equipment. To clean heavily soiled concrete floors, wet surface then sprinkle PX22 over the floor. Scrub with a broom or scrubbing machine, then rinse off with water.
  • Super Active
    A heavy duty hard surface cleaner that gives excellent removal of oily and greasy soils. Use Super Active for cleaning floors, walls, machinery, engines, painted surfaces etc.

Hand Cleaners

  • Premium Hand Cleaner
    Heavy duty industrial cleaner containing a blend of detergents, isoparaffin and orange oil solvents to remove heavy grease deposits. Pumice scrub removes ground in soils. Isoparaffin solvent instead of kerosene improves skin compatibility. Glycerine and lanolin protect skin helping prevent dermatitis.
  • Remove All
    Solvent free cleaner for light to medium duty industrial use containing a blend of detergents and skin conditioners. Use as a normal handcleaner with water for lower soil levels, or work into heavy soils first before wetting hands.

Miscellaneous

  • Graffiti Remover
    A non-flammable, low-toxic, biodegradable liquid containing a special blend of solvents which add extra cleaning power to remove stubborn stains and reduce the risk to painted and other sensitive surfaces. It is designed for the removal of enamel, acrylic and fluorescent paints and in particular texta markings and inks from brickwork, metal, wood, glass, concrete, fibreglass, carpet, fabric and associated surfaces. Simply spray on and wipe off!
  • Methylated Spirits
    Methylated spirits used as a general solvent for cleaning and disinfecting. Also for use in alcohol burners.
  • Portasan
    Sanitary fluid for use in chemical toilets and effluent holding tanks. Portasan does not contain any formaldehyde.
  • Secta Tabs
    Freshen up and repel insects in urinals with these quality deodorising blocks.

EQUIPMENT

Dominant is committed to providing ongoing training of the highest standard. Staff training is an integral component of the Dominant service.

Dominant provides monthly dishwasher and glasswasher reporting free of charge. Reporting covers machine and chemical dispensing, equipment condition and operation maintenance.
